The Section's Legacy Sustainability Foundation

Knaphtali Knox, our Section's venerable publication's leader and editor of the Northern News, sent me a small set of what could be considered the Section's "legacy" articles on sustainability, or maybe simply some of Knaphtali's sustainability reading suggestions accumulated over the years. Sustainable In-fill Development--A Planner/Developer Perspective

Berkeley’s story is relevant because SB 375 (2008’s “climate change smart growth bill”) will necessitate that the planning and development professions and local decision-makers work together constructively to achieve California’s goals for making cities more livable and for reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
